BOOTCAMP, FAMILY FIT AND PERSONAL TRAINING - Bootcamp is a group physical training program, where as personal training is a individual training session. In the training session you will build strength and fitness through a variety of intense exercises. Training will help you to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, increase strength, muscle tone and help people get into a routine of regular exercise. We will use a variety of exercise modalities to create the perfect class. It is fun and effective!

KIDS AND TEEN YOGA - Kids yoga uses breathing techniques, postures from traditional adult yoga through a themed story for example, going on a safari. Kids love the imagination and the creativity of a themed class as they stay focused. Teen yoga classes are themed on self love, mindfullness etc. teens will start to learn arm balances and acro yoga, slowly guiding them into an adult class. Children and teen yoga helps with childhood anxiety as well as helping sporty children with flexibility.
